My name is Elvio Ricca, and I live by this motto. It encapsulates my approach to both personal and professional challenges, driving me to seek out and implement solutions in every endeavor I undertake.

A Harmonious Blend of Interests

From a young age, I have been fascinated by the power of language and its ability to connect people. This passion led me to pursue a degree in Applied Linguistics and Translation. I firmly believe that effective communication is the cornerstone of any successful project and the key to unlocking countless opportunities.

However, my interests were not confined to linguistics alone. I also harbored a deep passion for economics, particularly entrepreneurship and sales. This dual interest prompted me to pursue a Master of Business Economics, where I could explore and refine my entrepreneurial spirit.

The Early Years: A Prelude to Entrepreneurship

My entrepreneurial journey began at the age of 11 when I started a webshop dedicated to sailing. This early venture ignited my passion for business and sales. Throughout my adolescence, I continued to hone my sales and communication skills, working part-time at a motorcycle store and tutoring students.

RElanguaging to REdoing Business

At 21, I founded RElanguaging, a translation and tutoring agency. Over time, this venture evolved into "REdoing Business," a full-fledged communication agency specializing in copywriting, marketing, and sales. Our innovative approach to problem-solving—examining challenges from multiple perspectives to find the most efficient solutions—became our hallmark.

Professional Growth and Systemic Insight

My career trajectory continued to ascend as I joined Latexco as an Internal Sales Manager. In this role, I developed and implemented efficient, cost-effective solutions while effectively communicating with demanding clients. This position also provided me with invaluable insights into the systemic operations of a supplier company.

Expanding Horizons: Ameel Candy World

In 2022, I joined Ameel Candy World as a Key Account & Export Manager. Here, I applied my expertise in sales and international business, focusing on automating sales processes. This role paved the way for my current position as Operational Manager at Ameel Candy World, which I assumed in 2024.
